HUGS we used to love melatonin as well - still do for the teen ( he is ADD only) as for my 10 year old aspie we stopped the melatoning when his doc switched him to risperidal last year for a mood component of his challenges. In defense of that - I adore this doctor - before him my Alex was on 12 pills a day, was "drugged or stoned" and most of the time they didn't work. Now he takes three pills a day - Vyvanse, lexapro and the .... Does Poetry Make You Feel Dumb? ...
