I've had Jeffrey Friedl write a panning script (thanks yet again, Jeffrey!) and I've even gone as far as writing a plugin that uses ffmpeg to create video from .... But to do this as time lapse photography of a wide area certainly changes .... However, you'll have to convert all the jpegs to your favorite flavor codec (avi, DivX, Xvid, wmv etc) for your video format (mov/mg2/mg4 etc). These numbers are just generalized for NTSC. Or even watch a beautiful Sunset or sunrise in less than 30 seconds. ... I reccommend the DIVX codec found at http://www.free-codecs.com/download/DivX_Free.htm I can also suggest the XVID codec as well. When you load either MAKEAVI or JPGVIDEO just load your folder of Photos. Set your Frame Rate or FPS to whatever you choose. ...
