I don't know about Sudafed , but I think decongestant nasal spray is a no, specially during the 1st trimester (otherwise, my doctor would have prescribed that to me... I am stuffed also). Also decongestant spray cannot be use for long period of time, otherwise you may develop an addition to it. ... I don't know about other sprays but I use a saline solution - it's perfectly safe and non-addictive, it's just salt water. You might want to try that? Status: Online ...
