I missed out on the famous Anime .... I saw my first fansub during intermediate at the end of the millennium (late 1999). It was Ranma 1/2. If, while uploading a ten-year-old anime .torrent to some exclusive, schway site, you check a "This is a Scene release" box out of curiousity to see what will happen, don't blame me if you're subsequently shredded ... but I will clue you in to a few annoyances which I loathe: (1) If you're ripping TV episodes, edit off the end-credits, particularly if they contain commercial overlays blaring at maximum volume or are very long (e.g. "filler") , ... It has been released, spread from topsites to fxpboards, then to irc/newsgroups and in the end it's .... FXP'ing a release will gain credits. The ratio is usually 1:3, so fxp'ing 3 GB will get them 9 GB credits on the site. The race is to upload the most parts of the release at the fastest speed.
