I understand ramping up and ramping down is a necessity when running a thyroid hormone.. ok that's cool with me. I was thinking of doing an increase every 4 days by 25mcgs.. and staying at 75mcgs for the course of 20 days. ... I am on prescribed synthroid and its 150mcgs a day.
