Myoclonic and simple partial seizures are the only two which would really be confused with Tourette's. I have a friend who has frequent myoclonic seizures, but not TS, and our outward presentation can be very similar at times. ... Compulsions part, you totally just gave me a reason not to quit smoking. Lol. For the record, in my son's experience, medications have not helped his tics.
