If there was true competition in the ISP market, then net neutrality will continue to be the non-issue it has always ... I'm sorry, have you met the US government? In any case, I don't see anybody being able to stop BitTorrent over the long term by doing anything short of shutting off home internet access entirely. And even then I have my doubts! ...
