It isn't any of their business how I use my bandwidth anymore than it is the electric company's business what channels I chose to watch on my TV .... If they had come out from the beginning and said “These people are putting a drain on our network resources beyond what we feel is an acceptable limit, so we're throttling them” then I don't think there would be a big issue. ...
