| 26 Dec 2007 MY mother in law's is white as well and so far - she's had it for 4 years, she didn't have any special problems either. I have heard, however, a few complaints from a friend that has a white as well. Maybe white is more prone to scratches, .... I hate pulling the burners off, I am afraid they will break or something will go wrong. When ever something gets droped down in to the pan, it burns and it has caught fire(mini like a little leaf going up). Glass tops seem nice, ... | 3 Feb 2009 by tomas21 Me too. I never used paper labels on DVDs, although I bought a stack of paper labels years ago, I saw the above mentioned thread in good time. Now I just use 'em for genral labelling from time to time. .... I use the poly labels for my daughter, she likes them for her movie collection that she plays on her portable player, and wow does she abuse the dvd's. I have some a year old that have been played mulitple times that still work fine. It all depends on what YOU want to ... | 14 Dec 2008 by brothergc Also disabling the PATA port does no work xp will still see it and install drivers . seeing that I had 2 PATA DVDRW drives anyway I just ditched the stat dvdrw drive and used all my ports for hard drives . ..... I posted a review on the board on new egg that did not get posted ,it basicly was about the EVGA tech support and my issue. instead what happened New egg contacted Me and gave me a RMA . now that alone is good , but it gets better seeing that new egg is out of the ... Stock to the block and never left me stranded once... And I'm an old Dodge fan at heart. .... car ended up being replaced at least once. I royally hate American automobiles between now and 1980. They are the most STUPIDEST THINGS IV'E EVER SEEN. Can't record on them, can't do anything on them, but , when they go bad, ... A DVD-RW disc can serve the same (mostly better) purpose of a VHS tape.
