Next time, have a backup copy of OS or an clean image of HD on a cd/dvd while overseas to .... are verified over the telephone in the first place. 5. Regardless the size of the problem, they always replace whatever parts you complained. (even unreasonable complains such as DVDRW is slow read/write; touch pad is insensitive). ... Or is more of a kind of "coolish" neutral? ...... Very funny. Made me laugh.
