All drugged sleep pills or liquids make me feel awful (weird, disoriented, still tired) but valerian did not. Also, getting more exercise (to the point of exhaustion) is important. fwiw, I think Excedrin PM was the best drug I found, but still had the after-effects. ... get yourself some Seroquel ...
