| 10 hours ago by Just me :) Other than that, subtitles can be ripped and stored as separate video strips (on a DVD with subtitles, subtitles are stored on DVD as separate video strips, i.e. images). Those are referred as prerendered subs and process of their extraction from a DVD .... Finally, press the Join! button. Spliting subtitles. I could see myself owning these ... I already have most of the ones I would want - Jimmy Stewart, Audrey Hepburn, Humphrey Bogart, Alfred Hitchcock, Grace Kelly, James Cagney (the Gangster movie set). That would defeat the whole purpose of why Netflix offers a service like keep as long as you want. The video transfer looks tremendous — images are spirited, levels of murky ... With a pair of new documentaries attached and a commentary track by film scholars who didn't really have anything to do with the project, ... be the best way to get this DVD, which is a must-have for fans of Hitchcock, Grant or just good movies.
