Film effect is fine when used sparingly, say for a dream sequence or a flashback - just not for the whole time. Whilst realising that I am banging my head against a brick wall here, I note that there have been some documentaries with ..... Simply repeating that you have high bitrates won't wash as we know your codecs aren't the best so you have to pump out at a higher bitrate. Sky rams 3 HD channels down some of it's transponders that are equal picture quality to yours. ...
