| 9 Dec 2009 by cmcoram Get off the Restoril, that's a bad drug no matter what the doc sez...try some over the counter stuff like Diphenhydramine Hcl, 25mg. comonley called "Sleep aid"..it works and is not nearly as bad on your liver as Restoril. No hangover either. ... You're thinking of Diphenhydramine HCI, which is also the active ingredient in Benadryl, an antihistamine.
