Because right now, B*ell ISP in Canada is throttle all bitTorrent download down to 30kb/sec instead of 550kb/sec. For Aion 1.5 patch will be hell days to download it. My ISP is a wholeseller but all those copper lines are .... When you use bittorrent, you are simultaneously downloading and sharing.
