This is the escape-hatch I've heard to explain why every alien species we meet is pretty much an actor in a latex .... And, given the apparent size of the universe, or at least what we know about it, there's a good chance it could be a long, long while before first contact. He's adapted to human speech and his 'voice' is a projection, so he can sound like anything, but the deep/melodious/throaty alien voices all seem too cliched when I write them. ... Posts: 65.
