The economists on Don Newman's show both gave it a "B-", and all the provincial governments I've seen reaction from like it (more so than they liked Flaherty's 2007 budget, which ended the era of provincial bickering, anyways) . .... Good analysis CG. This is the first year I'll actually feel the impact of a tax cut, and I definitely plan to use the savings to pay down some of my student debt.
